Leadership

White Center Promise was initiated by the White Center community and then further developed by three Core Partner organizations: Southwest Youth and Family Services, the White Center Community Development Association, and Highline Public Schools. Southwest Youth and Family Services was the fiscal lead for the planning year, and the White Center Community Development Association is transitioning into the fiscal and management lead for implementation. However, the three partners work together with selected resident leaders on all high-level vision and strategy decisions through the Core Leadership Team which meets regularly.
